Vendor's Annual Pass

All technology projects in our database will be presented in two steps of detail. On the first level, the buyer will see basic information about the technology as well as TRL and MRL. You as a vendor will not be mentioned on the first level, but interested parties will get a solid idea, if your technology offer can help to build a sustainable business or solve their specific problem.

The technology description on the 2nd level is more detailed, information on IP should be provided (if existing), and your name as the vendor is disclosed.

The team of The TechMatch provides templates for both Level 1 and Level 2 project information and will check the data before it is added to our project database. Apart from that we can also help in preparing the material.

If potential buyers are interested in getting in touch with the vendor, the contact will be established via The TechMatch. Anything beyond like NDA, licensing, complete sales negotiations, etc., will be done mutual between the vendor and the buyer. A commision fee in case of a contract is signed is due to The TechMatch. Please see details below.

The Vendor's Annual Pass is avilable in a basic and a premium version:

  • The BASIC version can be booked for 600 €/year + VAT. Any posted project will be charged with 150 € for administrative work and checking the project templates. 
  • The PREMIUM version can be booked for 1200 €/year + VAT. This includes the posting of 5 projects/year without any additional charge. Any project beyond 5 per year will be charged with 150 € per project.

Commission Fee:

With purchasing a yearly subscription to The TechMatch, the vendor accepts the following commission fee in case of a deal that is reached with a buyer via our platform:

  • Agreement with a lump-sum payment: 3% of lump-sum, minimum 3.000 €
  • Agreement with yearly payments (e.g. based on future sales revenue): 2% of yearly payment for 3 years (first 12 month period of payment plus 24 following month)
  • Agreement with an initial plus yearly payments: combination of the two conditions above.
